Manual Cantilever Impulse Sealer
The Vertrod manually operated cantilever impulse sealer is ruggedly constructed for packaging and fabricating applications where access to the sealing jaws must be open and unobstructed.
Some typical applications are sealing across tubing, lap sealing a sleeve or "dead-end" assembly, splicing thin belts and sealing filling valves on free standing bags (pouches).
This series of heat sealers is available in a variety of different working lengths to fit your packaging needs. The features listed below are for the standard sealer configuration

Vertrod B-SL Drop Sealer
The newly improved, ruggedly constructed heavy-duty pivot style Drop Sealer includes safer pneumatics and PAC’s “state-of-the-art” solid-state control circuitry. Designed to work in conjunction with a bag loader as a labor saving device, this machine is designed for demanding applications using PE, Poly-Pro and other virgin Thermoplastic material. Vertrod sealers are capable of producing quality air tight/watertight seals in all materials ranging from seal temperatures of 200° F to 650° F (different materials seal at different time cycles).
