• HEAVY DUTY Bagger and Sealer with adjustable band width and impulse seal with trim.
• Sturdy mobile table with locking casters included for ease of moving the complete system from station to station or different areas to be bagged and trim sealed.
• Electronic air flow control to assure positive opening of polyethylene bags

Bagger Section:

• Mounted on stainless steel slides with locking device for ease of repositioning for operators comfort
• Stainless steel adjustable width horns are used to penetrate into the bag to provide maximum operator speed when bagging product.  All horns are designed for customers products
• Baggers include attachments for whicketed bags.  However, attachments for staple pack bags are available upon request.

Trim Sealing Section:

• Adjustable band width sealing for narrow or wide band and impulse trim seal.  The sealing jaw is adjustable for bead seal and band seals of 1/8" to 3/8" wide for strong seal.
• Light compression is used to press the air out of the package before seal is made
• A pressure safety switch is used for operator safety
• Mobility of system with the use of 4 locking casters
• Product size range: 4" to 20" Long and 1/16" to 4" high.
